Our journey began in 2017, inspired by my grandmother, Doña Antonia Márquez.
At just six or seven years old, she taught me how to make salsa —
a simple moment that would stay with me for life.
She showed me that food is more than something we eat.
It is love, tradition, and connection.
Through every season of life, that lesson never left me.
Today, every jar carries a piece of that legacy.

It is resilience, heart, and home.
Crafted with green tomatoes and dried chiles de arbol, carefully toasted to develop a deep, smoky flavor with a beautifully balanced heat.
