Meet The Founder

Meet Sol, 

the woman behind Ay Que Rica Salsa, she is a passionate, multifaceted entrepreneur with many talents whose life is driven by love in all she does.

Beyond the kitchen, Sol lives out her calling as a private senior assistant, caring for the elders with grace, patience, and a truly compassionate heart. Whether she is perfecting an artisanal salsa recipe or supporting those who need it most, everything Sol does reflects her many gifts and her genuine commitment to enriching others' lives.


Behind every smile, 

there is a story. Mine is filled with love, beautiful memories, and the people who helped shape who I am today.  My mom, my dad, my grandmother, my sister, and three of my brothers now live in heaven. Although they are no longer here beside me, their love remains one of the greatest blessings of my life.  Their laughter lives in my memories, their love in my heart, and a little of each of them in every smile I share.  With God guiding my steps and their love forever in my heart, I continue embracing life with gratitude, faith, and hope.  In their honor, I keep moving forward.
